Information We Collect
Due to the perishable nature of food products, orders once placed cannot be returned or exchanged. However, refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or spoiled product received
- Missing items in the order
To report an issue, customers must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Packaged Products (Honey & Nutra Products)
For sealed packaged products, returns may be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- Incorrect item was delivered.
- Product seal is broken before delivery.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unused.
- In original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be applicable for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
- Delay caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party delivery services
- Opened or consumed food products
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before preparation or dispatch begins. Once the order is processed, cancellation may not be possible.
